Walking is the best solution to many health issues
Join us for an enjoyable beach walk or through the gardens of Brighton three days a week. We start out from our premises 215 By Street Brighton where it commences and finishes . Due to increasing numbers we will have several routes and levels.
We cater for slow, medium or fast paced walkers as well as short medium or long distance. Get your cardio in real time with real people instead of pounding away on a treadmill or walking alone.
Walking at the pace that suits you we cater for a mature age clients who may have suffered or suffer from chronic conditions such as stroke, heart attack, type 2 diabetes , arthritis and many other debilitating conditions.
All activities with clients at Sage Active Clinic are carefully pre-screened for the sake of their health and safety.
Check with your Medical Doctor for the suitability of the prescribed exercise programs to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
