Sage Active Mums and Bubs is a 50 minute workout, available three mornings a week.

The advantage of this group is that an expecting or new mum you get some “me time” but don’t have to worry about finding child care – your bub is right there with you.

These sessions are every Monday, Wednesday or Friday morning you join the session at the times that best suits you.

The Sage Active Mums group is the perfect way to get into your best condition before the birth and to regain your health and fitness after giving birth.

Our highly qualified Exercise Scientists take these groups and they work in conjunction with our Exercise Physiologists whom have specific expertise in this area and know what the best and safest way for you to exercise is.
